Five Leaks is a catalog of FiveM scripts and resources. By using the site you agree not to redistribute paid files without permission and not to upload harmful or malicious content.
Licenses
A purchase grants a license for one production server unless stated otherwise on the resource page. You may not escrow-wrap and resell our free files as your own.
Payments & refunds
All purchases — including Premium, Toolkit, top-ups and paid resources — are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks or partial credits except where mandatory local consumer law requires it.
Hosting & copyright notices
Files available on Five Leaks are stored on infrastructure operated under our jurisdiction. U.S. DMCA takedown procedures do not apply to this service and we do not accept or process DMCA notices. Requests framed as DMCA takedowns will not be actioned on that basis.
Accounts
We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud or repeatedly violate these terms.
